Ashley Johndro, Esq.
Leading the team at BarNone Recruiting, Ashley Johndro is deeply committed to understanding the needs of both the attorneys and law firms she collaborates with. Known for her strong connections, authenticity and intentional approach, Ashley is a dedicated advocate who prioritizes helping attorneys achieve both professional success and personal fulfillment. She firmly believes being able to be both authentic and successful in your legal career is a matter of finding the right fit.
Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law where she served as Senior Editor for the Southern California Law Review and externed for the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley.
After law school, Ashley spent five years as a civil litigator with Latham & Watkins LLP. She then pivoted to a criminal defense appellate practice, assisting indigent clients navigate the criminal justice system. Ashley began legal recruiting in January 2017, discovering her true professional calling.
